Overview of Our Process
​At MECHANICAL SALT, executive leadership designates a Project Manager to create a quality plan that aligns project requirements with customer specifications, regulations, industry standards, and product instructions.

Project Managers at MECHANICAL SALT are responsible for supervising and assessing the competency of personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials throughout the project.

The quality plan outlines the procedures for conducting inspections and tests to ensure that quality is maintained and project specifications are met. All project team members receive training on their roles and expectations.

Documents and records are generated, maintained, and managed according to standard operating procedures throughout the project. The Project Manager performs on-site quality audits to verify that MECHANICAL SALT Quality System is operating effectively. If any nonconformance occurs, the Quality Plan is systematically reviewed, corrected, and improved to prevent future issues.
